Melt 30⅓ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 8⅔ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 26 cloves garlic, minced and 8⅔ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 43⅓ tbsp tomato passata Add 3466⅔ ml chicken stock Add 10400 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 2166⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
