Melt 30 11/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 8⅚ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 26½ cloves garlic, minced and 8⅚ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 44⅙ tbsp tomato passata Add 3533⅓ ml chicken stock Add 10600 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 2208⅓ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
