Melt 32 1/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 9⅙ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 27½ cloves garlic, minced and 9⅙ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 45⅚ tbsp tomato passata Add 3666⅔ ml chicken stock Add 11000 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 2291⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
