Melt 33¼ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 9½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 28½ cloves garlic, minced and 9½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 47½ tbsp tomato passata Add 3800 ml chicken stock Add 11400 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 2375 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
