Melt 35 7/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 10⅙ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 30½ cloves garlic, minced and 10⅙ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 50⅚ tbsp tomato passata Add 4066⅔ ml chicken stock Add 12200 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 2541⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
