Melt 40⅚ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 11⅔ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 35 cloves garlic, minced and 11⅔ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 58⅓ tbsp tomato passata Add 4666⅔ ml chicken stock Add 14000 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 2916⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
