Melt 41 5/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 11⅚ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 35½ cloves garlic, minced and 11⅚ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 59⅙ tbsp tomato passata Add 4733⅓ ml chicken stock Add 14200 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 2958⅓ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
