Melt 42 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 12 large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 36 cloves garlic, minced and 12 tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 60 tbsp tomato passata Add 4800 ml chicken stock Add 14400 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 3000 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
