Melt 42 7/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 12⅙ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 36½ cloves garlic, minced and 12⅙ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 60⅚ tbsp tomato passata Add 4866⅔ ml chicken stock Add 14600 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 3041⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
