Melt 4⅔ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 1⅓ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 4 cloves garlic, minced and 1⅓ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 6⅔ tbsp tomato passata Add 533⅓ ml chicken stock Add 1600 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 333⅓ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
