Melt 50¾ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 14½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 43½ cloves garlic, minced and 14½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 72½ tbsp tomato passata Add 5800 ml chicken stock Add 17400 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 3625 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
