Melt 53 1/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 15⅙ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 45½ cloves garlic, minced and 15⅙ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 75⅚ tbsp tomato passata Add 6066⅔ ml chicken stock Add 18200 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 3791⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
