Melt 54¼ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 15½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 46½ cloves garlic, minced and 15½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 77½ tbsp tomato passata Add 6200 ml chicken stock Add 18600 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 3875 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
