Melt 55 5/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 15⅚ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 47½ cloves garlic, minced and 15⅚ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 79⅙ tbsp tomato passata Add 6333⅓ ml chicken stock Add 19000 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 3958⅓ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
