2½ large onion, chopped 2½ large carrot, chopped 15 cloves garlic, chopped 50 g parsley, chopped 50 g coriander, chopped 1⅞ tsp ground turmeric 2½ tsp chili flakes 5 tsp ground cumin 1500 g lamb mince 2½ can tomato polpa 100 g pine nuts, toasted 1⅞ tsp salt

Sweat 2½ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 2½ large carrot, chopped and 15 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 50 g parsley, chopped Add 50 g coriander, chopped Add 1⅞ tsp ground turmeric Add 5 tsp ground cumin Add 2½ tsp chili flakes Add 1500 g lamb mince Season with 1⅞ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 2½ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 100 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
