2¾ large onion, chopped 2¾ large carrot, chopped 16½ cloves garlic, chopped 55 g parsley, chopped 55 g coriander, chopped 2 1/16 tsp ground turmeric 2¾ tsp chili flakes 5½ tsp ground cumin 1650 g lamb mince 2¾ can tomato polpa 110 g pine nuts, toasted 2 1/16 tsp salt

Sweat 2¾ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 2¾ large carrot, chopped and 16½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 55 g parsley, chopped Add 55 g coriander, chopped Add 2 1/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 5½ tsp ground cumin Add 2¾ tsp chili flakes Add 1650 g lamb mince Season with 2 1/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 2¾ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 110 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
