Sweat 2¼ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 2¼ large carrot, chopped and 13½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 45 g parsley, chopped Add 45 g coriander, chopped Add 1 11/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 4½ tsp ground cumin Add 2¼ tsp chili flakes Add 1350 g lamb mince Season with 1 11/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 2¼ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 90 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
