Sweat 25 large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 25 large carrot, chopped and 150 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 500 g parsley, chopped Add 500 g coriander, chopped Add 18¾ tsp ground turmeric Add 50 tsp ground cumin Add 25 tsp chili flakes Add 15000 g lamb mince Season with 18¾ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 25 can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 1000 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
