Sweat 24¾ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 24¾ large carrot, chopped and 148½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 495 g parsley, chopped Add 495 g coriander, chopped Add 18 9/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 49½ tsp ground cumin Add 24¾ tsp chili flakes Add 14850 g lamb mince Season with 18 9/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 24¾ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 990 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
