Sweat 3 large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 3 large carrot, chopped and 18 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 60 g parsley, chopped Add 60 g coriander, chopped Add 2¼ tsp ground turmeric Add 6 tsp ground cumin Add 3 tsp chili flakes Add 1800 g lamb mince Season with 2¼ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 3 can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 120 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
