Sweat 3¼ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 3¼ large carrot, chopped and 19½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 65 g parsley, chopped Add 65 g coriander, chopped Add 2 7/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 6½ tsp ground cumin Add 3¼ tsp chili flakes Add 1950 g lamb mince Season with 2 7/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 3¼ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 130 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
