Sweat 3½ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 3½ large carrot, chopped and 21 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 70 g parsley, chopped Add 70 g coriander, chopped Add 2⅝ tsp ground turmeric Add 7 tsp ground cumin Add 3½ tsp chili flakes Add 2100 g lamb mince Season with 2⅝ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 3½ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 140 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
