3¾ large onion, chopped 3¾ large carrot, chopped 22½ cloves garlic, chopped 75 g parsley, chopped 75 g coriander, chopped 2 13/16 tsp ground turmeric 3¾ tsp chili flakes 7½ tsp ground cumin 2250 g lamb mince 3¾ can tomato polpa 150 g pine nuts, toasted 2 13/16 tsp salt

Sweat 3¾ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 3¾ large carrot, chopped and 22½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 75 g parsley, chopped Add 75 g coriander, chopped Add 2 13/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 7½ tsp ground cumin Add 3¾ tsp chili flakes Add 2250 g lamb mince Season with 2 13/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 3¾ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 150 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
