Sweat 4 large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 4 large carrot, chopped and 24 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 80 g parsley, chopped Add 80 g coriander, chopped Add 3 tsp ground turmeric Add 8 tsp ground cumin Add 4 tsp chili flakes Add 2400 g lamb mince Season with 3 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 4 can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 160 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
