Sweat 4¼ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 4¼ large carrot, chopped and 25½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 85 g parsley, chopped Add 85 g coriander, chopped Add 3 3/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 8½ tsp ground cumin Add 4¼ tsp chili flakes Add 2550 g lamb mince Season with 3 3/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 4¼ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 170 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
