Sweat 7¼ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 7¼ large carrot, chopped and 43½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 145 g parsley, chopped Add 145 g coriander, chopped Add 5 7/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 14½ tsp ground cumin Add 7¼ tsp chili flakes Add 4350 g lamb mince Season with 5 7/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 7¼ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 290 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
