Sweat 7½ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 7½ large carrot, chopped and 45 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 150 g parsley, chopped Add 150 g coriander, chopped Add 5⅝ tsp ground turmeric Add 15 tsp ground cumin Add 7½ tsp chili flakes Add 4500 g lamb mince Season with 5⅝ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 7½ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 300 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
