Sweat 7¾ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 7¾ large carrot, chopped and 46½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 155 g parsley, chopped Add 155 g coriander, chopped Add 5 13/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 15½ tsp ground cumin Add 7¾ tsp chili flakes Add 4650 g lamb mince Season with 5 13/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 7¾ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 310 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
