Sweat 8 large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 8 large carrot, chopped and 48 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 160 g parsley, chopped Add 160 g coriander, chopped Add 6 tsp ground turmeric Add 16 tsp ground cumin Add 8 tsp chili flakes Add 4800 g lamb mince Season with 6 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 8 can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 320 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
