Sweat 8¼ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 8¼ large carrot, chopped and 49½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 165 g parsley, chopped Add 165 g coriander, chopped Add 6 3/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 16½ tsp ground cumin Add 8¼ tsp chili flakes Add 4950 g lamb mince Season with 6 3/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 8¼ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 330 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
