Sweat 8½ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 8½ large carrot, chopped and 51 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 170 g parsley, chopped Add 170 g coriander, chopped Add 6⅜ tsp ground turmeric Add 17 tsp ground cumin Add 8½ tsp chili flakes Add 5100 g lamb mince Season with 6⅜ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 8½ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 340 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
