Sweat 8¾ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 8¾ large carrot, chopped and 52½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 175 g parsley, chopped Add 175 g coriander, chopped Add 6 9/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 17½ tsp ground cumin Add 8¾ tsp chili flakes Add 5250 g lamb mince Season with 6 9/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 8¾ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 350 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
