Sweat 9 large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 9 large carrot, chopped and 54 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 180 g parsley, chopped Add 180 g coriander, chopped Add 6¾ tsp ground turmeric Add 18 tsp ground cumin Add 9 tsp chili flakes Add 5400 g lamb mince Season with 6¾ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 9 can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 360 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
