Sweat 9¼ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 9¼ large carrot, chopped and 55½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 185 g parsley, chopped Add 185 g coriander, chopped Add 6 15/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 18½ tsp ground cumin Add 9¼ tsp chili flakes Add 5550 g lamb mince Season with 6 15/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 9¼ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 370 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
