Sweat 9½ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 9½ large carrot, chopped and 57 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 190 g parsley, chopped Add 190 g coriander, chopped Add 7⅛ tsp ground turmeric Add 19 tsp ground cumin Add 9½ tsp chili flakes Add 5700 g lamb mince Season with 7⅛ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 9½ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 380 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
