Sweat 9¾ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 9¾ large carrot, chopped and 58½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 195 g parsley, chopped Add 195 g coriander, chopped Add 7 5/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 19½ tsp ground cumin Add 9¾ tsp chili flakes Add 5850 g lamb mince Season with 7 5/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 9¾ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 390 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
