Sweat 11¼ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 11¼ large carrot, chopped and 67½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 225 g parsley, chopped Add 225 g coriander, chopped Add 8 7/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 22½ tsp ground cumin Add 11¼ tsp chili flakes Add 6750 g lamb mince Season with 8 7/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 11¼ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 450 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
