Sweat 11½ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 11½ large carrot, chopped and 69 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 230 g parsley, chopped Add 230 g coriander, chopped Add 8⅝ tsp ground turmeric Add 23 tsp ground cumin Add 11½ tsp chili flakes Add 6900 g lamb mince Season with 8⅝ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 11½ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 460 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
