Sweat 11¾ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 11¾ large carrot, chopped and 70½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 235 g parsley, chopped Add 235 g coriander, chopped Add 8 13/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 23½ tsp ground cumin Add 11¾ tsp chili flakes Add 7050 g lamb mince Season with 8 13/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 11¾ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 470 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
