Sweat 12 large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 12 large carrot, chopped and 72 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 240 g parsley, chopped Add 240 g coriander, chopped Add 9 tsp ground turmeric Add 24 tsp ground cumin Add 12 tsp chili flakes Add 7200 g lamb mince Season with 9 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 12 can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 480 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
