Sweat 12¼ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 12¼ large carrot, chopped and 73½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 245 g parsley, chopped Add 245 g coriander, chopped Add 9 3/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 24½ tsp ground cumin Add 12¼ tsp chili flakes Add 7350 g lamb mince Season with 9 3/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 12¼ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 490 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
