Sweat 12½ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 12½ large carrot, chopped and 75 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 250 g parsley, chopped Add 250 g coriander, chopped Add 9⅜ tsp ground turmeric Add 25 tsp ground cumin Add 12½ tsp chili flakes Add 7500 g lamb mince Season with 9⅜ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 12½ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 500 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
