Sweat 12¾ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 12¾ large carrot, chopped and 76½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 255 g parsley, chopped Add 255 g coriander, chopped Add 9 9/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 25½ tsp ground cumin Add 12¾ tsp chili flakes Add 7650 g lamb mince Season with 9 9/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 12¾ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 510 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
