Sweat 13 large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 13 large carrot, chopped and 78 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 260 g parsley, chopped Add 260 g coriander, chopped Add 9¾ tsp ground turmeric Add 26 tsp ground cumin Add 13 tsp chili flakes Add 7800 g lamb mince Season with 9¾ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 13 can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 520 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
