Sweat 13¼ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 13¼ large carrot, chopped and 79½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 265 g parsley, chopped Add 265 g coriander, chopped Add 9 15/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 26½ tsp ground cumin Add 13¼ tsp chili flakes Add 7950 g lamb mince Season with 9 15/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 13¼ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 530 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
