Sweat 13½ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 13½ large carrot, chopped and 81 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 270 g parsley, chopped Add 270 g coriander, chopped Add 10⅛ tsp ground turmeric Add 27 tsp ground cumin Add 13½ tsp chili flakes Add 8100 g lamb mince Season with 10⅛ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 13½ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 540 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
