Sweat 13¾ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 13¾ large carrot, chopped and 82½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 275 g parsley, chopped Add 275 g coriander, chopped Add 10 5/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 27½ tsp ground cumin Add 13¾ tsp chili flakes Add 8250 g lamb mince Season with 10 5/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 13¾ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 550 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
