Sweat 14 large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 14 large carrot, chopped and 84 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 280 g parsley, chopped Add 280 g coriander, chopped Add 10½ tsp ground turmeric Add 28 tsp ground cumin Add 14 tsp chili flakes Add 8400 g lamb mince Season with 10½ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 14 can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 560 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
