Sweat 14¼ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 14¼ large carrot, chopped and 85½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 285 g parsley, chopped Add 285 g coriander, chopped Add 10 11/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 28½ tsp ground cumin Add 14¼ tsp chili flakes Add 8550 g lamb mince Season with 10 11/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 14¼ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 570 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
