Sweat 14½ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 14½ large carrot, chopped and 87 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 290 g parsley, chopped Add 290 g coriander, chopped Add 10⅞ tsp ground turmeric Add 29 tsp ground cumin Add 14½ tsp chili flakes Add 8700 g lamb mince Season with 10⅞ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 14½ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 580 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
